Full-bodied and fragrant with a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. Abundant and creamy foam with fine and continuous perlage. The aroma is broad, with scents of peach blossoms, citrus, honey and hazelnuts. Good body, with citrus and fragrant notes. It matures for 6 months on the lees.
